Welcome Meeting Planners

Joe Ehrmann and BMWO seek to meet the needs of meeting planning professionals.  Our objective is to satisfy your organization's need by working with you on the specific event, theme, audience, and budget.  We'll ask you to fill out our pre-program questionnaire to help Joe and Paula tailor their programs to your requirements. Upon request, we will also send you information and DVDs or CDs, as appropriate.  We will provide technical requirements and, when appropriate, Joe will do radio or television promotional work for your event.

Getting Started

If you have already identified a need and a community of people you wish to reach, you may complete the speaking request form. To assist you in gathering information, we have assembled the following list of items that you will need to complete the speaking application:

• Program details - a brief description of the topic, program overview or desired message
• Program length - time allotted in your program for this talk
• Estimated number of participants
• Brief description of the audience demographic
• Brief description of the program's objective -- what is your desired effect or outcome?
• Brief summary of your long-term objectives
• Event information including city, state, name of the venue, start and end dates
